Best Wimbledon Tennis Day 6 Picks and Parlay – The Bet Club

Welcome to the Bet Club and Day 6 of Wimbledon 2023. After a chaotic start to Wimbledon with rain, darkness, and a curfew, we are finally back on schedule. The second round is complete, and we can now settle into a rhythm for the coming days. One side of each draw will play on one day, while the other side plays on the other day. As we move forward, I’m hoping to find my stride with my picks as the players and draw have revealed themselves. Here are my three best Wimbledon Tennis bets for Day 6.

Tennis Bet: Alexander Zverev over Matteo Berrettini (-126)

While Berrettini has been impressive in his wins over Lorenzo Sonego and Alex de Minaur, facing Zverev is a different challenge altogether. Zverev, who reached the 2020 U.S. Open final and peaked at #2 in the rankings, has returned to form after recovering from a nasty ankle injury. Berrettini is also coming back from his own injuries, and he will need to prove that he is truly back. Additionally, Zverev holds a 4-1 head-to-head advantage over Berrettini, with three of those victories coming in straight sets.

Tennis Bet: Mirra Andreeva +1.5 games over Anastasia Potapova (-105)

In this all-Russian matchup, Andreeva, the younger player, faces Potapova, the higher-ranked favorite. These types of matchups are never easy for the favored player. Andreeva, who has been on fire since the start of the clay-court swing and is considered a rising star on the WTA Tour, has already shown her potential. While Potapova won their previous encounter, Andreeva has made significant strides since then and should continue to grow in confidence.

Tennis Bet: Holger Rune vs. Alejandro Davidovich Fokina Over 37.5 games (-115)

Davidovich Fokina was my best bet on Friday, and he once again features in my favorite play for Saturday. While he has good value on the money line as an underdog against Rune, I’m particularly excited about the game totals going over 37.5. Their previous encounter in Madrid resulted in a thrilling three-set match won by Davidovich Fokina. With both players showing strong form, I anticipate a similarly competitive match on the grass courts of Wimbledon.
