College Football Week 10 Friday Same Game Parlay Bet: LSU vs. Alabama: Jalen Milroe’s Aerial Show at +1168 Odds

Below, you’ll find my SGP for the occasion, which will be broadcast on CBS starting at 7:45 pm ET. Don’t forget to delve into our comprehensive LSU vs. Alabama predictions.

Football Pick: Alabama ML (-144)

LSU began the season with lofty aspirations, including a potential College Football Playoff berth. However, after two losses, they find themselves ranked 14th in the initial CFP poll. This doesn’t mean the Tigers can’t achieve great things; they are still in the mix for the SEC West crown, heading into the Saturday showdown with Alabama. Nevertheless, a 21-point loss to Florida State and a lackluster defensive performance during a 55-49 loss to Ole Miss are concerning. On the other side, Alabama remains in contention for various titles but can’t afford another home defeat, having already fallen to Texas earlier in the season. It’s unlikely to see the Crimson Tide lose twice at home in the same year. Coach Nick Saban’s squad has claimed six consecutive victories since that defeat. Quarterback Jalen Milroe has settled into his role, and Alabama’s defense remains formidable, allowing a mere 16 points and 268.2 yards per game.

Football Pick: Jalen Milroe to record 300+ passing yards (+290)

LSU’s defense has proven to be its Achilles’ heel, surrendering an average of 395 yards and 26.5 points per game. Their weakness against the pass is especially pronounced, allowing 238.5 passing yards per game at a rate of 7.6 yards per attempt. Milroe and his teammates should exploit this vulnerability. The sophomore QB has recently thrown for 321, 238, and 220 yards in his last three outings, tallying seven touchdown passes during this stretch. He’s been intercepted just twice in the last four games, following three interceptions in his first three appearances. Milroe’s confidence is soaring, and he now faces a leaky LSU secondary. It wouldn’t be surprising to witness Milroe putting on a show in front of the home crowd under the bright primetime lights.

Football Pick: Logan Diggs to score a touchdown (-120)

The game’s over/under is set at 61, indicating an expectation of a high-scoring affair. Even if Diggs scores a touchdown or more, Alabama could still secure the win with confidence. The junior running back has found the end zone six times this season, including at least one touchdown in his last four games. During this four-game stretch, he has scored a total of five TDs. It’s worth noting that Diggs has surpassed the 100-yard mark three times in 2023, including twice in his last four outings. With 105 carries this year, Diggs is the primary force in LSU’s backfield. Expect him to add another touchdown to his tally, given the ample opportunities on Saturday.
