NBA Same Game Parlay: Philadelphia 76ers vs Denver Nuggets – Jokic Shines, Harris Scores

In a clash of NBA titans, Joel Embiid and Nikola Jokic face off for the second and final time this regular season, with the former aiming to secure his fourth Same Game Parlay win since last Friday. While Embiid had the upper hand in their previous encounter in Philadelphia, the question remains: can the two-time MVP, Nikola Jokic, respond? Explore the details of my Same Game Parlay below!

And don’t forget to check out our NBA Picks page for insights on the side and total for Saturday’s 10-game slate.

NBA Pick: Nikola Jokic 2+ Made Threes (+230)

In Denver’s recent loss at Madison Square Garden, Jokic emerged as the lone bright spot, scoring 31 points on 13-for-18 shooting, including a notable 2-for-3 from beyond the arc. With odds at +230, backing Jokic to surpass the 2 made-threes mark seems enticing, especially considering his recent performance. Over the last 10 games, he has maintained a remarkable 53% success rate from downtown. Jokic has consistently showcased his three-point prowess against Embiid, making at least one three in 6 of their last 7 meetings. Given the Sixers’ defensive challenges against a player of Jokic’s caliber, the Serbian is expected to maintain his hot shooting streak and contribute early in the game.

NBA Pick: Tobias Harris 20+ Points (+180)

Opting against the steep odds for Embiid to score 30 points, I’ve chosen Tobias Harris to have a strong game. January has proven to be a productive month for Harris, averaging 19.4 points per game in his last 9 outings with impressive shooting percentages. Facing a tough challenge on the road against the Nuggets, the Sixers will heavily rely on contributions from Harris and Maxey. Harris had an outstanding performance a week ago against Denver, scoring 24 points on 8-for-10 shooting. Having surpassed the 20-point mark 5 times in 9 games this month, and with Tyrese Maxey’s availability in question, Harris is poised to be the second scoring option behind Embiid. The Sixers will look to him to deliver, and the confidence in his ability to do so is high.
